Promenade West Front Entrance Floral

Hello Promenade West Owners Association:

Over the course of the last few weeks of June and July, the front entrance of the Motor Lobby received its first pressure cleaning in over 15 years from the top of the Motor Lobby ceiling to the pebble epoxy ground approaching the double doors to the lobby entrance.

Once the Motor Lobby front entrance was cleaned, 3 of the 5 large concrete flower planters were moved away from the front handicapped parking area and front doors to be able to create a more open and clear entrance way. NEW outdoor floral of Fresh Kentia Palm trees and Snake Plants were installed into the two large concrete planters as welcome floral as you approach the double-doors to the lobby. Indoor floral was added to the existing planters that had been left empty since the beginning of Covid, March 2020 so we’re very happy to see our Promenade West Lobby and Motor Lobby coming to life again!


Gym Open for Reservations Starting 05/06/21!

We are excited to announce that the gym will be open for one-hour reservations beginning tomorrow, May 6th!

The gym will be open to one person or household at a time, with the following rules:

  • Masks must be worn at all times. Gloves have also been provided for those of you who may want to use them.
  • You are required to wipe down any equipment that you use when you are done.
  • At least one door to the balcony must remain open, and the portable air filter must remain on, when the gym is in use.

Reservations can be made for the following times. Note that there is a one-hour break between reservations:

  • 6-7:00 AM
  • 8-9:00 AM
  • 10-11:00 PM
  • 12-1:00 PM
  • 2-3:00 PM
  • 4-5:00 PM
  • 6-7:00 PM

Many thanks to all of you for your patience as we resolved the primary issue with the gym, which is its shared A/C system with other common areas. To minimize any remaining risk, we will be turning off the gym’s air system for now. For this reason, we are requiring that the balcony door remain open during use, and we have installed an air filter with a filter rating that was recommended to the Association by the County.
